We needed a way to unite and engage the best professionals on Thumbtack.
We didn’t want it to be all about Thumbtack. It needed to be about the pros. A celebration of small business owners and what they are: Self-Made.
The event help reset Thumbtack’s relationship with its best pros and resulted in a dramatic increase in NPS. It inspired dozens of smaller, local events and helped frame our relationship with pros as a real partnership. The online pro community is now almost 20,000 strong.
